The rent is £525 per month, this doesn't include bills. (Bills approximately £60 per month)

Bruntsfield is a great area to live. There are many amenities around the corner - small cafes, bakeries, shops and eateries. Sainsbury and Tesco are within walking distance.
Most unis are a 10-20 (depending on your school) walk.
The Meadows is a two minute walk away.
Warrender park Victorian swimming pool is about a ten minute walk.
Cinemas and theatres are within walking distance (Cameo, film house, Kings theatre, traverse etc).
It is very well connected with many buses stopping around the corner from the flat.
