Cosy room available for a female professional (no students, thank you) in a 3 bedroom, non-smoking flat (3rd floor) in Merchiston. Currently occupied by 2 female tenants. Easy access to the city ( bus 10,27,23,36,45,1,35 short walking distance). This is a quiet household , not a party flat. Looking for a reliable, tidy and respectful individual looking for a long-term tenancy (at least 6 months). The room is fully furnished as seen on the pictures (the mirror not included). There is also a dining room with kitchen (no living room), big hallway and shared bathroom. Your room also comes with a box room that you can use for your personal use (either as a storage place or chill out room). The animals are unfortunately not allowed. The room will be available from the beginning of January. Work and previous landlord references required. The rent is £ 353 + coucil tax (band D - approx. £50) + utility bills (electricity+gaz). Thé rent will increase from February 2020 to £383 +council tax+utility bills. The internet comes down to £10 per person per month. Not available for couples.
