Looking for someone to take my room!

I’m moving home so looking for someone to take my room in a 2 bed shared flat in Bruntsfield with a lovely flat mate. Needs to be a professional for council tax, and ideally long term and female.

£450 a month in rent plus bills and council tax so approx £600/month total. Deposit is £525. The flat is on the 2nd floor and just off the main road so very close to shops and cafes etc, bus routes, and super easy to walk into town from. There is a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom, and tons of storage space. Parking permits are easy to get and affordable though depends on the car you have.

Property manager needs a name when we give notice of me leaving so move in date will be around the end of October! Happy to give viewings or answer any more qs. Will send pictures of the room as it is now - I bought a few bits of furniture (some of which I’m looking to sell on!) and moved things around! Will also send pictures of the rest of the flat and the room with the provided furniture!
