Hi folks! We're looking for someone to move into our 4 bedroom top floor Bruntsfield flat from 12th February.
Preferably looking for a professional flatmate!
The three of us currently living here are aged 26-33 so we'd like someone who is approx our age.
The lovely bedroom that will be free from February is a light & airy double. We have a large kitchen & living area with sofa & TV and we have access to the shared garden.
A bit about us -
Ruth (she/her) is doing mental health nursing and is into yoga , football & going to the beach.
Han (she/they) is studying radiography & likes getting outdoors, pole dancing, and live music.
Catriona (she/her) works at a children’s charity and likes spending time outdoors walking and running and going for coffee.
We like to play board games/watch TV together sometimes but also like our own space, so our flat is about chilled, peaceful vibes!
Room rent is £560 per month (not including council tax) & bills are changeable but usually around £30-£40 a month.
