We have a room to rent in a very spacious, lovely flat in the heart of Bruntsfield. This flat is truly unique in terms of its space, privacy and quality.

The Bruntsfield area has lots of great shops, pubs and restaurants. There’s 2 supermarkets close by and good bus routes into town. We’re right next to Bruntsfield Links and the Meadows so lots of green space nearby too.

The room available is a spacious double room that is furnished.

The flat also hosts a large kitchen/living room area, drying area and 1 bathroom between four (the fifth room is ensuite). There is access to a communal garden and bike racks in the stairwell of the tenement.

It is shared with 4 other professionals, all aged 20s and early 30s (mix of genders), all easy going and likeable.

We are an active flat and all have our own hobbies and social circles but we do some things together as a flat, such as dinners, nights out, BBQs, board games and movie nights. We’re looking for someone who is quite independent but is also keen to get involved with the flat fun from time to time. The room is not suitable for couples.

We are a mixed bunch in terms of careers and interests but get on well so we are looking for someone who is open minded and easy going. We all do our bit around the house and take turns cleaning.

We're looking for a new flatmate who is tidy and helps keep communal spaces clean, both by cleaning up after themselves and also by participating in the cleaning rota.

The rent is £785PCM which includes council tax, and the deposit is £400.

The bills (electric, gas, internet, cleaning supplies) are split equally between the flatmates.

The room is available on the 1st July, 2026.
