Rural friendly house sitting house share

We are looking for new lovely and capable housemates to share peaceful countryside living, house sitting and animal care-taking responsibilities with.
The comfortable family home is available from November-and usually until around late May (TBC). The owners enjoy the house over the summer months. Flexibility is key and availability of the house is usually arranged with ample notice given.

The beautiful house is situated in a friendly rural community, 10 miles from the outskirts of Edinburgh just off the A702 and a few miles from the nearest shops. So own transport is essential!
There are two charismatic cats and some chickens for care taking.
No rent applies but bills and expenses are shared amongst the 3-4 house sitters.
The rooms are furnished and contain some belongings of the owners, hence there are limited storage capacities.

About the existing minders: we are light-hearted, independent bunch in our later 30ies. We work at community farms, with adults with learning disabilities and in nutrition. In our spare time, we enjoy making good healthy food, nice conversation, meditating, listening or making music (-piano present for those inclined-), the occasional dinner and board game nights, studying and learning, being active, outdoors sports and going on adventures! We use the house as a peaceful haven to create, or to restore from our daily activities.

We are looking for someone like-minded, kind, reliable, respectful, honorable and warm to help us make and share our home with for the months ahead and is happy to help with caring for the animals.
