Double room in Edinburgh from February!

I have a spare double room in Edinburgh to let, £500pcm including all bills and internet from February 2021. The flat has just been completely renewed, new kitchen and bathroom fitted, new flooring etc. The flat is situated in Colinton Mains, has a private car space and free on street parking. It’s a 1 minute walk from a huge Tesco, 5 minutes walk from Scotmid, takeaways (chinese, chip shop and kebab shop), also a post office and pharmacy.

Students or professionals welcome! Flatmate would be living with me! I am 27 years old and am currently a student, studying psychotherapy at Edinburgh University and working part time in makeup. I enjoy eating out, Netflix binges, quiet nights in and also the occasional night out or drinks in the flat. I am sociable but also respect personal space so it is a happy medium in the flat.

Obviously things are a little different right now with covid, I am respectful of the rules and would be willing to move out of the house for a couple days if you are coming from abroad if you need to wait on test results!
