The landlord is private and he really goes above and beyond to make sure our tenant needs are catered for which is a real bonus!
There’s a big garden and the vacant room gets the sun all day (when it’s out) and is a good sized double. The last flatmate had a desk in there with room to spare, but the room will be completely unfurnished
Great storage space and have a big outdoor cupboard too for bike/outdoor stuff.
I’m slowly building furniture back up in the living room as the last housemate took most of it, so there is also opportunity to add things you like
It’s not super central but it’s very convenient for the by pass and easy bus routes 20-30minutes to city Centre and direct bus to the airport. 5 minutes from the pentlands.
I work with animals, so I’m out long days and some weekends too. I’m laid back and sometimes up for socialising.
I also like to live as sustainably as I can afford to.
