Bright Double Room to rent

Available double room to rent in a two double rooms cosy flat. My flatmates left at the start of this month and I'm looking for someone to occupy their double room.

About the Apartment, it has double glazing and it is pretty warm in winter, is a second floor flat within a quiet area with easy access to bus stops. With the 400 service passing by every 30min it has good transport links to the airport and Gyle Centre. Additionally, city center is at about 25 minutes travel with different bus services available (16, N16, 4, 5 and 27.). Regarding the surrounding area, it has Aldi and Cooperative Stores at approx. 5 min walking and if you decide to have a longer walk you will have Morrison's and Tesco at about 10 to 12 min walking distance.
Rent price is £330 plus bills, which are around £100-115 pounds per month, this includes Virgin Media Internet + TV, Council TAX and Electricity + Gas.
The Deposit would be £200.

Sorry, the room is not available to couples.

The flat will be shared with a 28 years old male, full time worker, who enjoys sharing food ( mostly take aways ) and having a glas of wine or a beer now and then with a good movie and a nice chat whenever possible. On the other hand, I'm respectful with other people's privacy, clean and chill.
