Closed to napier uni, direct bus to UoE.

It's located at colinton mains drive. Bus route 4,16,27,18,5.
Just 5min walk from the flat, there is a post office, barber shop, convenience shop, sugar and spice take away. 12min walk - there is a big Tesco, Aldi, medical centre, 10min drive to slateford, dalry.
Its a spacious double room with single bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, mirror.

Shared living space
Kitchen, lounge, driveway for parking. Washing machine, Sky unlimited broadband.

Potential female flatmate
Clean and tidy, able to take care of yourself. No pets, no boyfriend staying overnight, no boyfriends staying overnight.

Rent is inclusive of council tax.
Electricity and gas around £30-50 a month depending on usage/season. Sky unlimited 10£
