Spacious, comfortable, clean double room and plenty storage within large family (no kids) home with access to large garden which overlooks park. The room is available from February until June only as our family in Austalia are coming to stay in July.
Off street and on street parking available. Storage for bike in garage. Clean, tidy, modern bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle and use of family kitchen. There is another wetroom and additional toilet in the house. There is a shared lounge/dining room. All bills and Council tax included. My husband and I live in the 2 storey bungalow with our 2 very friendly dogs. We believe age is just a number and really enjoy having people stay with us. Another bedroom is occupied at present by a lovely, friendly, female 25 year old exchange student. We all work hard and respect each others privacy whilst being sociable also. On direct bus route to Airport, 5 mins and City Centre, approx 25 mins, on 200 bus route to Ocean Terminal, 10 mins walk from South Gyle rail station, 15 mins walk from Gyle Centre and trams, Edinburgh Gateway train station, Edinburgh Park and on bus routes to West Lothian and Falkirk/Stirling. Very close to 18hr Tesco Extra, David Lloyd Sports Centre and Gyle Park for walking, running, cycling etc. Please contact me with any questions and for more info.
