I am looking for a flatmate to stay in my spare bedroom

The flat itself has:
• been recently decorated
• a large living room
• a decent sized kitchen with plenty cupboard and worksurface space
• a shared bathroom which consists of all new fittings, including a walk in shower.
• good wifi connection and internet speeds as well as BT sport.
• quick and easy tram and bus links to city centre, Edinburgh airport, universities and Edinburgh business parks.

The room itself comes furnished and has:
• a newly fitted carpet and freshly painted walls
• built in walk in storage.
• multiple double sockets, one with usb ports.
• space for a desk as well as the double bed.

A little bit about myself; my name is Callum, I'm 26 and from Edinburgh. For the past few years I've been working at Edinburgh airport. I'm into sports, enjoy socialising, cooking and having a few beers or glass of wine (or two) at the weekend. I'm pretty easy going and I'm more than happy to have a chat/cook some meals/go for some drinks if you would like. I also respect personal space and would like to live with someone with the same kind of vibe. I like to keep the flat clean and tidy but I'm not a clean freak. If you do smoke I have no issues with you going outside for a cigarette I just don't want smoking in the flat itself.
