The Property:
- A bright property with windows in every room, making it great for summer months.
- Available at the latest 03 December. Current tenant may move out sooner.
- The room is a large double size with walk in wardrobe/cupboard.
- Off street parking available.
- As seen in the pictures, the room is 1 floor up and has a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room & Garden.
- Kitchen appliances include, fridge freezer, oven & hob cooker, microwave, washing machine & tumble dryer.
- Cost per month is £485 INCLUDING bills (electricity capped at £100 each month, anything over will be split evenly).
- 1 month deposit & 1 month upfront payment will be required.

A little bit about myself:
- I am a young professional male and usually work in the city centre (pre-pandemic). I currently work in the Insurance sector.
- I have been working from home since March 2020.
- I am relatively quiet to live with and would consider myself more introverted than an extrovert.
- Even though I tend to keep to myself, I do enjoy catching up with flat mates whether its a pizza & movie night, a catch up to decompress after work or concinving ourselves to join the gym!
- I am open for any potential flat mate to have friends, family or a partner over to visit. I am fairly relaxed about this, so long as it is respected.
- I am very considerate and respectful of private space and have 10yrs of flat share experience.
- I am a non smoker/vaper and rarely drink alcohol.
- I have owned the property for 7yrs.
- My hobbies are varied from go-karting, gaming, mountain biking and watching a good series, to name a few.
