Large single room available for female

Large single room with single bed available for female only lodger, must be willing to live as vegetarian. All bills and council tax included. Amenities include wi-fi, washing machine, own fridge-freezer, cooker, microwave.. Shared lounge, . On street parking. Near RBS, airport etc. £550 per month. Must like dogs as I have a very friendly staffie-cross. I also live with my 26-year-old daughter who is a student and I am an English tutor. I work from home in the lounge a lot of the time so this room would suit someone who likes their own space. However, when the living room is not in use you would be welcome to use it. The room has just had its floor sanded and varnished and the walls have been freshly painted.
House cleaned twice a week, however everyone is expected to clean up after themselves.

There is a Tesco very nearby, there are many shops and restaurants in the area. The house is near the airport and about a half-hour bus ride into the town centre.

Bus connections are 26, are 12, 21, 31 and the number 100 to the airport. There is free on-street parking.
