3 - 6 month room let

Hi there

I have a flat in Corstophine with a spare room to rent out from 1st June for 3-6 months depending on how long you need to stay. The rent is £500 p/m and the bills are all included.

There's a big shared living room, as well as a shared kitchen and bathroom. The living room and the spare room both get filled with sun in the evening so it's a really nice atmosphere.
The bedroom I'm looking to rent out is the bigger one in the flat; it's currently furnished with a king size bed and mattress (which I've been informed is really very good) as well as a 4 compartment wardrobe (the TV that you can see in the photo belongs to my flatmate, I'm afraid there isn't one in the flat at all).
It's very easy to get into the centre and it only takes 15 mins by bus. There's a bus stop just at the bottom of the street with 3 buses coming at regular intervals, or another bus stop about 4 minutes walk away which has a bunch of different buses servicing it. If you're working out at any of the offices near the Gyle, it's about a half hour walk.

I have two cats - one is very chatty, the other is pretty skittish, but both absolutely will steal your food if you let them near it.

I have no idea how this is supposed to work with all the lockdown restrictions, but I'm sure we'll find a way. Give me a shout if you're looking for somewhere to stay short term!
