The house is in a brilliant location - 2 mins walk to South Gyle station and 8 mins to the tram, or bus stops with fast, frequent links to Haymarket and Edinburgh Waverley as well as to Edinburgh Airport and direct buses to Glasgow. It's only 10-15 mins walk to Corstorphine shops, cafes, gyms, nice places to eat - and a huge 24 hour Tesco & Aldi. There's a handy small shop just round the corner from the house.
The tram network stops are at the Gyle Centre and at Bankhead,. numerous bus stops nearby connect right across the city - Buses 2, 12, 18, 21, 22, 35 and 70, are all within 5 mins walk. Edinburgh Gateway, Edinburgh Park stations, and RBS Gogarburn are also all easily accessible.

It's a great location near The Gyle Shopping Centre, with David Lloyd Corstorphine Spa & Gym just across the park Energise Gym round the corner and Drumbrae Leisure Centre just over a mile away.
