Short Term Let Bright Spacious Room, Meggetland

SHORT TERM LET: 1 SEPT-7 OCT

I have a 1930s upper villa flat, with a fabulous, large, sunny bedroom. It's listed as a single because I let it to a single woman, though it's the size of a large double room.

Very quiet street, opposite the canal along which is a lovely walk into town. There's a garden, good views, large kitchen, and living room. You'd be the main user of the bathroom as I have an en-suite. There's on-street parking, wifi, and a Tesco at the end of the road.

It's very conveniently located for town, motorway and Haymarket station. There are direct buses to the Royal Infirmary and Western General Hospital, and to Edinburgh, Heriot-Watt and Queen Margaret Universities and Kings Buildings. It's a short walk to the various Napier campuses, or there's buses if you prefer.

I'm a friendly, mature professional woman, into walking, women's politics and films. Someone with similar interests would be perfect, but I'm flexible! I'd be happy to sometimes share meals and occasional nights in/out.

I spent several months in each of the last few years volunteering in Greece, and am planning to return when I can.
