Room available for short term let

This is my mom's flat which I live in. Payment will be made directly to her but I'll ask you to send a copy of the transfer to myself for confirmation.

This flat is in Pennywell, not Cramond, but within walking distance to Cramond beach.

This room is only available for short term let (1 or 2 weeks max) as it is used by family whenever they visit, thus I'm not looking for a longterm flatmate unfortunately, though it would have been nice to have one.

A bit about me. I'm a friendly 36 year old, single, muslim, Arab female, and I work full time. I work from home twice a week but otherwise I'll be out and about.

This room is available for females preferably. You don't have to be muslim but please note this is an alcohol/smoke/intoxicants and pork free flat. Anything else, please ask.

You'll have your own set of keys, of course, and the refundable £50 deposit is in case you lost them or damaged anything.

The kitchen, living room, bathroom and balcony are shared. There is also a pigeon nest in the balcony atm so please be mindful when outside.

There is an electric shower in the bathroom and a somewhat loud and old boiler in the kitchen but you'll get used to it if you are not easily irritated.

There is on street parking on a first come basis. Secure entry.

There is only one takeaway behind the building and 2 corner shops that close early. Mainly a residential area.

There is a bus stop outside the building and another on the mai road, and the city centre is roughly 30-40 mins on the bus, depedning on traffic.

I am happy to drop you at the city centre in the morning when heading to work, if you are punctual.

There is a TV in this flat which is not in use. You are welcome to use it.

Bedsheets, pillows and blankets provided but feel free to bring your own.
