House available for the summer-

Comfortable Room in a Cozy Home – July & August – £575 month (All-Inclusive)

Looking for a peaceful place to stay this summer? I’m renting out a furnished bedroom in my cozy, functional home this July and August, located just outside the extensive and scenic Dalkeith Country Park—a fantastic area for walking, running, and enjoying nature.

The house is compact but thoughtfully arranged, with a combined living and dining room that includes a table seating six and French doors leading out to the back garden—perfect for letting in the light and enjoying summer days. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen, and both front and back gardens offer space to relax. The home is in a quiet, friendly cul-de-sac, with buses and a train station nearby.

✨ I’ll be travelling for part of the summer, so while this is a room rental, you’ll have the use of much of the house.

A friendly cat will be staying in the house, so this would suit someone who enjoys the company of animals.
