Both rooms have access to a well-equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs. There is a very large, well-stocked organic garden. There are chairs, benches and an arbour dotted around the garden, making it a very pleasant natural environment to enjoy in all seasons. There is plenty of space for gardening enthusiasts to plant veggies, herbs or flowers if desired.

Quiet area , great bus service, free parking, local cycle paths and plenty of local amenities: shops, supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and not too far from the beach! Frequent buses (with wi-fi) to the centre.

The upstairs studio is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, etc. and has a private sitting area with tables and chairs, bookcase, plus an ensuite bathroom with instant electric shower.

The ground floor room is warm, bright, attractive, south-facing and well-furnished with a comfortable bed, large desk, comfortable chair, bookcase and good storage. The shared bathroom has an overbath instant electric shower and the use of a spacious shared livingroom.

The house is fully equipped for comfortable living.

The upper studio is available from the 8th of October, and the second room will be available at a later date. We can have a virtual chat to begin with, and all going well, we can progress to a viewing thereafter.

Access information for people with physical limitations:

The ground floor room could be suitable for someone with limited energy or walking difficulties. The street is flat with no cobbles; the drive is rough, but level, with access to the front and back gardens. There are two steps into the house, with space for a ramp. Front door, bedroom, bathroom and livingroom doors are all a few steps apart. Kitchen is at the end of the livingroom. The house is very quiet. The shower is over the bath and the kitchen worktops are standard height. The garden is on a gentle slope with no steps, with chairs or benches dotted around the whole area.
