The ground floor room could be suitable for someone with limited energy or walking difficulties. The street is flat with no cobbles; the drive is rough, but level, with access to the front and back gardens. There are two steps into the house, with space for a ramp. Front door, bedroom, bathroom and livingroom doors are all a few steps apart. Kitchen is at the end of the livingroom. The house is very quiet. The shower is over the bath and the kitchen worktops are standard height. The garden is on a gentle slope with no steps, with chairs or benches dotted around the whole area.
