Cosy single room in a spacious flat

We are looking for a flatmate to join us on our beautiful flat at Edinburgh's South-side. This is a five bedroom flat, only fifteen minutes away from the city centre. It's less than a five minute walk to the Meadows park, a 10 minute walk away from the University and there's lots of cafes and shops on our street.

The flat has a very classic style. There is a lot of vintage furniture, old dark floorboards and colourful decoration.

Generally, the flat is very cosy and homey. There are 5 bedrooms, a large kitchen with dining table, living room, a shower room, and bathroom. We have broadband of course and a lovely view to the hill of Arthur Seat. We are sociable but quiet and we enjoy a good chat. Generally it's not a party flat - people have lived here for a long time and like to take care of it, it's more a home.

Bills, including broadband, are approximately £30 per month and £38 for council tax.
