Double Room in friendly 2 bed flat on quiet street

Hi there, I have a nice furnished double room available for rent in my two bed flat, available from the 1st May approx. All bills included, £560 a month and £450 deposit. Im happy to consider shorter term lets. The flat is a main door 2 bed ground floor flat with cosy living room, nice kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and shower. The flat is of the smaller new build style (compared to the big Edinburgh tenament flats) but it's nicely done, and has everything you need, as well as being at the end of a nice quiet street just a few mins walk to excellent transport links to town/airport (10 mins to Haymarket, 15 to Princes Street, 15 to airport), and less than 10 minutes walk to the main shops in Corstorphine. On street parking if needed. There is a communal back garden and the flat has a small sunny patio area by the front door. The bedroom for rent faces south so is pretty sunny, has a double bed and mattress, bedside table, bureau, and large mirror door double wardrobe with chest of drawers on one side. Sharing with me, a friendly professional female (9/10-6pm usually, sometimes working from home)- I like my own time but I am friendly and enjoy sharing a meal and chat with housemates and exploring new places. Not a party person, prefer the occasional fun drinks and games evening in with friends :)
