Bright double room in 2 bed flat Fountainbridge

Double bedroom available for rent in 2 bedroom flat on Dundee Terrace in Fountainbridge.

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of the month and so the room will be available from July 2nd.

Situated just along the road from Fountainpark, the flat is in an ideal location in terms of shops, bars, and restaurants; Haymarket, Murrayfield the meadows and Lothian road are all within a 15 minute walk away.

While there are plenty of buses that stop nearby, if you own a car you can pay for a permit and park anywhere in zone S4 - there are always spaces (except around the times when Hearts are playing at home).

The flat is on the third floor of the building and the neighbours are all very considerate - there hasn't been a problem with noise or anything else in my time living here.

There are all the usual utilities in the kitchen; a large fridge, extractor fan, Microwave, washing machine and plenty of cupboard space for two people. The bathroom is just on the right as you come in, and the highlight of the flat is the spacious living room with a dining table, 2 sofas, storage cupboard, smart tv and windows looking west over the city with views of Murrayfield and the national gallery.

The room itself is fully furnished with double bed, a chest of drawers, large wardrobe, a desk and chair, bedside table and lets in plenty of light with a large double glazed window overlooking the courtyard.

Ideally I would be looking for a flatmate who is friendly, considerate and tidy, will help with their share of the cleaning etc, is independent and happy to get on with their own thing but would be up for getting together for food/drinks every now and then.

I work about a 20 minute drive away and I tend to head to the gym a few times a week so i'm often back late on weekdays, but i'm usually keen to do something fun over the weekend.

Other bills (including broadband): £37 per month each
