I have a double room available in a lovely flat in the trinity area of Edinburgh. the room is a good size, nicely decorated and fully furnished.
You will be sharing with me, a professional in my mid thirties, who works in healthcare. I am friendly and sociable, so would like to share with someone similar. Also I have a very friendly cat called Flynn.
The rent is £550 month and that includes ALL bills: freeview tv, broadband and council tax are also included.
The flat is in a great location with good bus links to princes street( approx 15 mins) nearby. The flat is also really close to the popular shore area, as well as ocean terminal.
