Its quite a central location with easy access to the City , only 20 mins to the centre of the City.

The twin room shared will be at a cost per person the shared room will be at a discounted cost based on two people sharing but the PCM fee will not apply at a £600 fee for two people sharing , this is for a single occupancy. only ...

We are seeking a professional person, preferably on the quiet side, but we are also up for a laugh . We understand that maintaining privacy for all is very important.
We are all professional individuals , we are in a location that is near the beach, walking and bike trails, shops, pubs, local gym , restaurants, movie theatre , Arthurseat and much more. The Royal infirmary is only 15 mins away .
There is a day and night bus continuous service that takes you to the City in 20 mins and a train service that runs into the evening that takes you to the City in 7mins only one stop.. The train service is only 2 min walk from the house

If your looking for a room in a family home, safe friendly and clean
and want to have peaceful surroundings , lots to do and see and still be close enough to the City , then this is your location, its the best of both Worlds.
We have enjoyed students from all over the world and are used to living with people from all different cultures . Its been a lot of fun learning about each others culture , therefore thats why we advertising on this site so that we can have someone who can also enjoy our surroundings and possibly stay long term.
Available the beginning of Dec min term 3 months max term none.
Please note we have dogs : friendly dogs though so anyone taking the room would need to be ok with that .
