Bright single room available. I have the room available for the next six months, possibly longer - ideal for someone needing a place to stay while they find a more permanent home. I'm hardly ever there so you'll have the place to yourself most of the time. I'm a 44 year old joiner and generally a pretty easy going, happy guy.

The flat has 2 bedrooms, a comfortable living-room with a dining table, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a very nice bathroom. There's extra storage space in cupboards and the attic. There's also a nice private garden with seating and BBQ which catches the sun all afternoon.

Located in Balerno, near Herriot-Watt, it's a quick drive into town and there's easy access to the bypass (or there's a regular bus service from outside the house) On the other side are the reservoirs, the nature reserve and the Pentland Hills - it's a great location just on the edge of the city but with nature on the doorstep.

Rent is via a lodger agreement and price includes all bills.
