I'm renting out a large double room in my 2 bed flat just off of Leith walk.

About the flat:

Large double bedroom in a large, top-floor tenement building halfway down Leith Walk.

- Nice big dresser, desk, shelves, and drawers
- Nice open kitchen / living room
- Shared back garden

The flat is just off Leith Walk so it's nice and quiet! Nearby amenities:
- 2 min walk to a bus stop (5 busses go into town, you never wait more than 5 min)
- 5 min walk to the supermarket (Sainsbury's up the road and Lidl just opened around the corner)
- 20 minute walk to Princes Street

I'm Sam,

I'm a web designer and 3 years out of uni. I bought the flat a couple years ago and am looking for a flatmate of a similar age and interests (grad student / young professional). I work during they day, but in the evenings and on weekends I spend my time cooking (I can make a mean baguette), rock climbing, playing squash, reading, hanging with friends, going out for drinks, watching films; basically typical 20-something stuff.
