Short let studio (entire flat) from October 4th to November 12th only

ideal for exchange mature student or staff/scholar who is visiting the University.

The studio has a separate kitchen, WC, Shower room. The main lounge or bedroom has a nice big desk, lamps, bookcase and my stuff.

It has magnificent views of Calton Hill and Salisbury Craig (see photos), is located right in the city centre, 5 min. walk to George Square University Edinburgh campus, 30 min. to Kings building & you can also get free University shuttle bus. It is also next to Cowgate, Grassmarket, Meadows, George Square, museums) and many shops and restaurants). A great location to be in.

It has single bed for for single person. There is little noise on the street (lovely music from the bars and human voices) some evenings and especially on the weekend (even through it is on the top floor). Therefore, you might need to use the earbug with pleasant music to sleep tight :-).

£210 per week or £750 per month: include electricity and Council tax.

a £500 deposit. This will return if there is no damage to the flat and that it is in a good and clean condition exactly how you see when you rent it).
