Double bedroom in refurbished two-bed Flat

Furnished double bedroom available in a cosy, refurbished flat in Comely Bank. You’ll have access to a shared kitchen, bathroom, large living room with bay window and communal garden. It’s really cosy in winter with a working gas fire in the lounge and underfloor heating in the bathroom.

The flat is across the road from Waitrose and Inverleith Park, and a couple of minutes from all the great coffee shops, pubs and shops of Stockbridge (& Stockbridge market!). It’s a 15-20 minute walk into town (or there’s a bus stop at the end of the street, for buses 24, 29 and 42) or a 10-15 minute walk to the west end.

You’ll be sharing with me, I’m 34, and work as a fashion curator. I’m looking for someone who will see the flat as their home and who might be up for sharing a glass of wine from time to time, or heading out to the local pub, but who is also happy to do their own thing. And someone who doesn’t mind pitching in with the cleaning :)

I’m tidy, I love cooking and I’m often to be found midway through a Netflix series with a glass of wine in hand! But I also love cycling, running and yoga, and going hillwalking (when I can find a kind pal with a car!).
