The closest supermarket is only 2 minutes away (Sainsbury's ). The property is also conveniently located very close to Lothian road with all the restaurants, pubs and bars. Also there are very good bus connections for the universities Napier (13 min) and Heriot-Watt (50 min). The accommodation combines therefore both central location and easy access to universities. There is also a direct bus to airport right next to the property.
The accommodation has en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet and basin, so that the resident can have independence and convenience, as well as a 3/4 bed with underbed storage. It also has a big window with views to the courtyard (3rd floor). The kitchen is shared with 2 more postgraduate students who are not using it so it is almost private and it is being cleaned every 2 weeks. Onsite laundry facilities are available. Reception operates 24/7. There is high speed wi-fi. Utility bills and contents insurance are included to make sure that your items are protected. There is a bike storage. There is also maintenance team for any damage in the property.
