Double room all inclusive

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. Starting Nov 1-May. You can move in a week before Nov 1. The house is in Sighthill right across from Edinburgh Napier. Loads of buses are a 5 minute walk away including the 300 and 400 airport buses, as well as the tram. You would be on the bottom floor in a double bedroom (pictured) and sharing a bathroom with two other people (pictured). The ground floor is comprised of one other girl and the landlord (a guy), who owns an adorable and friendly golden retriever (pictured). The top floor has the other two girls and they have their own bathroom. There is a sizeable living room (pictured) and a kitchen with a washer/dryer and dishwasher. There's private access to a back garden and shed that has a gym in it, and parking if you need it. Everyone is laid back and nice and it's a lovely place to live, especially if you go to Napier. Rent is 475 all-inclusive with a possible reduction if you volunteer to help with household chores. If you’re not a student and have to pay council tax, it’ll be about an additional £15 as everyone else is a student. Deposit is also 475.
