Room with double bed and ensuite in a lower villa with garden. The flat is a 2 bedroom, 1920's build with high ceilings. There is free on street parking and the street is in a cul de sac so is very quiet. It is close to town with plenty of buses.
There is a big kitchen diner plus utility room and lovely enclosed garden.
I work a lot but go out in Edinburgh often. I am social but not a party animal and enjoy chilling out at home. Hopefully you will be similar and we might even find a common activity or just catch up occasionally.
