You will be sharing the flat with Timmy and Nick; two easy going guys who enjoy music, sports, reading, cooking, the outdoors and the occasional beverage. Timmy will act as lead tenant and ensure that the rent is transferred to the landlord on a monthly basis and that all bills are taken care of. Rent is due on the 15th of each month.

The flat consists of 3 bedrooms (2 en-suite), large open plan living room / kitchen / dining space, bathroom and large entrance hallway. The flat also has a balcony overlooking the central courtyard of the flat complex. On street parking is available and access is also possible to underground secure parking and bike parking.
