Large Double Room In Spacious New Town Flat

The room is the largest in the property and features an amazing castle and cityscape view via a Velux skylight. There is a double wardrobe and large chest of drawers as well as cupboard storage space. The bed is Kingsize.

The current tenants are three female nursing students who are all lovely. As such a female tenant would be preferred but an exception can be made for the right male. Because of their area of study, early morning starts are a common occurrence and the ideal tenant would be respectful of this, keeping late night noise to a minimum during these periods. I have never had any issues with this myself, however.

It is a top floor flat with a shared bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen and lounge. The pictures shown were taken at the end of the previous let and the flat is much more homely and lived in now.

ALL Bills are included in the rent price. This includes SKY Tv, broadband and Gas/Electric.

The application process would be a Tenancy changeover from myself. For council tax purposes the flat is available to students only.
