3 Double Rooms in rad Duddingston Bungalow

Looking for new friends to move into super cool, quaint detached bungalow in Duddingston, which if you haven't heard is the new place to be.

The house is owned by my family and has just been lovingly redecorated by my fair hands. Think classic neo-retro styling; wooden doors, grey panelling, white subway kitchen tiles etc. All the good things.

There are two double bedrooms available and what was a second living room which will make a third huge double bedroom with its own working art-deco fireplace, in itself worth that little bit extra rent.

I will be staying in the small forth bedroom. I'm a recent Masters graduate from Edinburgh University in Environmental Sustainability. I build, fix & ride bikes and like going on adventures which include cycling, climbing, mountaineering, surfing, skiing. I'm vegan and love cooking exciting food. I'd prefer fellow vegan/vegetarian housemates, but am not militant about this. I'm an environmentalist and try to be considerate in my actions. It would be great to have some open-minded, interesting people to get to know and live with.

The house is a great prospect with unique character. Its other features include:

This is the first time having people renting out the rooms, so looking to cultivate a relaxed, enjoyable, sociable atmosphere with ad hoc communal cooking, book reading, music listening and intellectual, philosophical conversation where appropriate. Or something along those lines.

Bills and council tax not included in the rent, but will be shared out as they arrive. They shouldn't be very high. Can provide more details or an estimate here if needed.

Couples certainly welcome, although probably at slightly higher rent.
