Charming two bedroom flat in the heart of Edinburgh. Spacious with lots of light, there is plenty of space to relax. The apartment has two comfortable sofas and a 42" Smart TV; perfect for unwinding after a long day. A double bedroom, two single beds and a sofa bed also mean that there is ample room for all the family to sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, utensils, washing machine and a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare the meal you want.

The space

In the living room you will find a large Smart TV with two comfortable sofas. A coffee table here also allows you to place your drinks while you relax.

This leads to the open-plan dining area and kitchen. Here there is a dining table with six chairs, as well as all the crockery and cutlery that you will require on your stay. A built-in oven, hob and microwave also mean you can cook whatever you want.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes for putting all of your clothes and blackout curtains to keep the light out at night. The double bedroom also has an en suite bathroom for further convenience.

A new and clean bathroom is also available for all in the apartment.

The apartment is on the third floor. There is a lift, and there are also stairs for access to this.
