Room in Ideal West End Location

Anna, my current roommate is sadly moving on and we need to find someone to fill a room in our apartment.

The apartment is located in the Dean's Village area of Edinburgh's West End and is a 5 min walk from the city centre (princess street). The flat is well connected via pubic transport and is situated close to the Water of Leith and the vibrant Stockbridge area. Nearby, there are many local bars and cafes well within walking distance!

The apartment is spacious and receives ample sunlight. The flat is fully furnished and has quality amenities, particularly a great shower and huge kitchen! Your room is of a good size with a double bed, a separate large wardrobe and a skylight. Further storage space is possible too.

You'll be living with me, a 26yo Australian that works too much. I have lived all over the world and am travel addicted. Moreover, I love the outdoors, anything creative and sport. I'm laid back and love to get to know new people over a glass of wine at the end of the day. Aidan is the other flatmate, who is 30yo Scot and works in recruitment.

Rent is £467 plus normal bills on top and is payable before the start of each month. Move in can be arranged before 1/1, and rent will be applied at a pro-rata rate.
