I have a spare room available from January 7th – May /June 2019.

This generous sized room is complete with a large double bed, wardrobe, drawers & a desk. This Two Bedroom flat is complete with a spacious living room and well-equipped kitchen. The bathroom has been recently refurbished.

It is situated in a quiet location with a shared garden to the rear of the property, the whole building is shared with 6 other residents. The flat is very close to the Corn Exchange, which has a café, bar, bowling alley and a regular variety of entertainment.

The flat is a very short walking distance from a large Asda, Marks & Spencer Food hall, Costa & Greggs & various other amenities. It is within a 5-10 minutes’ walk of two different bus routes, notably (4/34/44/35/25/3/33).

I am male, easy going & currently in my fourth year of University & looking for an equally easy going flat mate, I’ll either be in my room or the living room, either way I'm always open for a chat or a cup of coffee or even a sneaky pint!
