It is also close to the UoE Kings Buildings and the Royal Infirmary, as well as Holyrood Park. There are several shops not too far away. All in all the area is quiet enough to get good rest, has a surprising amount of parks and trees, while being still in the city. There is even a castle nearby that is not nearly as crowded as the one in the city centre.
I have a simple lifestyle and can live with most people. The shared areas in the flat are kept tidy, and I am mostly active at daytime. I work normal office hours away from the flat.
