Hey,

I have a good sized single room available for rent in my flat. The flat is located in an area called Restalrig, which is a 15 minute walk from Leith and has excellent transport links with numerous buses leaving from just outside. There are 3 supermarkets within walking distance and serviced by the buses. The flat is about 30 minutes walk from the city centre, 20 minutes walk to the seaside in Portobello and 10 minutes walk from Holyrood Park.

It is a ground floor, main door flat so really it feels more like a house all on 1 level. There is a large garden area, which is nice in the summer.

I own the flat so I'm a live in landlady but I'm out a fair bit so you'd also get the place to yourself a fair bit. I am a professional in my early 40’s working full time (currently still working from home some days due to covid-19). I have a young outlook on life and I'd like to have a friendly relationship with my lodger but also would expect us both to have our own privacy. All communal areas of the flat would be shared (living room, kitchen, bathroom).
