Fresh Double Room - Edinburgh

We have a spare room available in our new house. Our house in under 2 years old so everything new. I live with my partner and we both work full time Mon-Fri. I like to keep my house clean and clutter free.
We are really easy to get on with.
We are are looking for someone who is clean and tidy and who will respect our property.
Ideally someone look for short term rent (max 6 months stay)

We have a double room available with a wardrobe, dressing table and black out blinds in the room. There is 2 toilets in the house, on of these being a bathroom with bath and shower.
Kitchen diner area with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine all available.
Parking is available on the drive way at the property.

WiFi is also available in the house.

The location of the property is great! We live really close to portobello which is around 20-25 mins walk. 5 mins away in the car.
We are 5 min walk away from the fort Kinnaird shopping complex which has a wide range of shops, restaurants , cinema and 24 hr pure gym.
We are also a 5 mins walk to 24hr Asda. We literally have everything you need on our doorstep.
30 mins bus journey into the centre of Edinburgh with a wide range of buses to choose from.
