I am looking for a flatmate (male preferred) who would like to live in a single room in a two-bedroom apartment located on Loganlea Drive in Edinburgh.
The house is conveniently located 10 minutes to city centre, bus number 25 or lots of them (4, 26, 44, 104, 113, 124) from Wolseley Terrace.
The flat is located on the second floor.
The room is rather not big but clean and cosy. It is equipped with a single bed, a wardrobe and small shelf. If necessary, we can insert a desk.
The living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower are of course shared.
I prefer male flatmate. .
Rent is £390 + £16.50 broadband. Other bills are included.
