Double room for rent

Hey everyone, my flatmate and I are looking for a new roommate to take over a double room that will be available from 01/07/2020.

The flat is in Tollcross, a few minutes walk to local shops. It is also close to the meadows, the canal and fountain park. There are plenty of bus services and is also a short walk into town.

The rent is £400 per person, not including bills.
We are looking for professionals only as we have council tax to pay.
A deposit will also be required.
Pets are also considered but would need to double check with our landlord first.

The room available consists of a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and bedside table, coat rack and book shelf. The room brings in a lot of sunlight and doesn’t face a main street so is more private.

We have a shared living room/kitchen/bathroom.
Unfortunately the tv in the living room is our flatmates who is leaving but we can always figure that out!

Due to the current situation and to take extra precaution, we can always do a viewing over FaceTime.
