We are looking for a quiet , independent tenant that wants to live in a warm homely environment who respects everyone’s privacy but can enjoy a bit conversation and fun and can add to our team there is currently 3 adults staying .

Near Portobello area
There is a train service that takes you to the City in 7 mins .
Very near all the shops, pubs restaurant and the beach etc all within walking distance
This is a lovely quiet safe area .
Whoever is taking the room would have to be ok with dogs as we have friendly house trained dogs
All bills included but food and personal hygiene items to be bought by the tenant .
Please note that any couples who want to share the room will be charged individually .and the £600 pcm wont apply
