The apartment is situated 15 mins to the city centre and 10 mins to the airport. There is a Tesco Extra/Sainsburys only 5 mins away. The bus stop is at a walking distance.
The building is in a friendly, quiet residential area. There is free off stree parking and a bike storing facility.
I am looking for a friendly roommate who is willing to spend the odd evening together.
The rent includes all bills, including tax (Band E)
