Spare room near Easter Road 😁

My sister and I bought our flat back in February last year, and she now has the audacity to be moving in with her boyfriend so I’m looking for a new flatmate to take her room.

It’s a modern two bedroom flat with a spacious kitchen-living room area. In your room there is a double bed, en-suite with bath and shower and built in wardrobe with plenty storage space. There’s free parking and the flat is on Hawkhill Close, just off Easter road, so there good bus links very close, it’s near to Tesco and a giant new Lidl which is an absolute treat!

So I’m 26, fully house trained and come with a netflix account and a wide repertoire of pasta dish I can make for us. I’m currently studying for my Masters in Primary Education and working part time and I would be happy to share with other students or professionals. Ideally I’d like to become friend with whoever moves in, so I’d love it if you were tidy and clean and not always hiding away in your room (sometimes people need their space though, which is also fine!) If you like prosecco, ABBA, Disney films and occasionally swinging past the gym but also occasionally eating pizza and watching friends all day when you’re hungover then we’ll be BFF in no time.
