Hi, I'm letting my small double room. Monday - Friday, in a bright airy top floor flat in Bruntsfield (lots of nice restaurants, independent shops and cafes).
5 mins walk to the Meadows, 15mins walk to the west end and to Haymarket station, 30mins walk to Waverley.
The room has a wardrobe and double bed, with skylight.
You would be sharing with me, a professional female working in environment/ sustainability field, late 30s, working part time in London and part time in Edinburgh (so some weeks you would have the flat to yourself, other times would be sharing).
Looking for another professional, tidy, respectful of the space, but happy to share a glass of wine and a chat every so often!
You would have full use of the flat - which has a large kitchen/ dining room and a separate sitting room with great views out to the Forth. The flat is in a traditional tenement, wood flooring throughout and high ceilings.
