Looking for flatmate until summer or longer!

Hello!

I am looking for a flatmate to rent my spare bedroom for the next 6 months or longer if the tenant would prefer!

I am a sociable person who enjoys staying in and watching tv but also going out with friends and family. I like sport, films and tv, food, exercising, drinking and FOOD (did I say that?). I work in Glasgow as an Actuary, but work from home one/two days a week in a wee office in the flat.

Whoever rents the spare room will have their own bathroom as I have an en-suite (photos of bathroom attached), and the room is furnished with a bed, mattress, chest of drawers, side table and lamp. The room is currently yellow but I am happy to paint this if my flatmate wishes, at my expense.

My third floor flat also has:
- Fibre broadband WiFi
- Sky TV (inc sky sports and BT sport)
- the best sofa in the world!! (Photos attached)
- a balcony
- dishwasher
- washing machine
- lift in the building
- great parking
- bike storage

Also excellent location for buses to town and Leith, and access to cycle path.
