Lovely double en-suite room in private student accommodation for 1st June 2019 - 6th July 2019. Rent is £133 per week including all bills. Sharing modern kitchen with 3 full time students. Ideal for student/student on placement.

Double en suite bedroom comes furnished with double bed, mirrors, plenty of storage, pin board, large desk, leather chair, double glazed window, en suite and spacious fitted kitchen.

None of the items such as television, bed covers, towels etc will be provided to you upon moving in as these are my belongings.

I, myself, will be moving out of this flat to move into a new place in June and looking for someone to take over for the summer period. I am a full time student and happy to provide viewing if necessary.

Situated 10 minutes from centre of Edinburgh with great bus links. There is a lidl and Tesco’s 1 minute away. Clean and spacious flat with fitted kitchen and living room space. Private halls has on site laundry services and a reception desk for any queries. Key fob styled entry to flat with elevator. Flat has great views. There is a car park below the complex that can be used freely aswell as a place for storing bicycles.

Flat has 3 female (aged 19-21) university students as mentioned whom are happy to have someone stay for short term as listed above. They would prefer a fellow student but are open to professional. Any gender is ok. I am happy for anyone reasonable to take over my room for this period.

The royal botanical gardens, water of Leith and Leith walk are 5 minutes walk from flat. The flat is situated in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood with a wide array of cafes and bars.
