Fab Flatmate Required in Central 2 Bedroom Flat

Hi! I'm Cat, and I have a double room available in the flat I currently rent (private landlord) in the Polwarth area of Edinburgh - SUPER close to Fountain Park with restaurants, pubs, cinema and gyms. My current flatmate is due to move out on the 18th of March, which is also rent day - so I need someone to move in that day please! :)

I'm looking for an easy-going professional female, mid to late 20s in age (like myself). I enjoy living with someone I can be friends with and have a good chat with, have a drink/chill with etc, while also being comfortable to just have our own space and private time. I'm pretty chilled and chatty and have a few hobbies that I enjoy going out and doing - so I appreciate if others have their own activities they enjoy as well. I should probably mention that I'm not really after a party flat, though I do still go out now and then! ;)

The flat is tenement style, lovely high ceilings, spacious rooms, the whole shebang. The room you would be staying in is actually the bigger of the two, both of which face the back of the building into the garden. There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen is quite a small one, but we've managed fine with it. The living room is a good size with sofa and a chair, as well as a full dining table and 4 chairs.

There's also the benefit of private landlords who are really good at responding to any issues with the flat. They would prefer someone (as would I really) who was looking to stay for a longer period of time. :)

I'm looking to have some chats with potential flatmates in person (my current flatmate might be there too!) at the flat as soon as possible so I can get this sorted. Please tell me a bit about yourself, what you do, what you enjoy etc. and I'll try to get back to you! :)
